Our passion for natural and delicious things, as well as our curiosity towards life, leads us to dare and reinterpret the familiar and down-to-earth.
That is how Agnes & Luis products are created. Locally sourced ingredients, lovingly prepared to the rhythm of the seasons and with plenty of time to mature.
The most influential people in my life were probably my parents. They were closely connected to the farmland on which they lived, integrated into the rhythms and cycles of nature. They were curious and open to the world. Full of respect for people, animals and plants.
Their attitude towards life and their actions sowed the seeds for this heartfelt project that now bears their names:

We harvest a large part of our produce in our own garden. We ferment, pickle, smoke and then pack everything. This is how natural flavours are sustainably preserved and can also be shipped out into the world.
Each and every product is allowed to unfold its full potential, conveying South Tyrolean sunshine and heartfelt warmth to make people happy – no matter where and when they are served. They are sure to turn any meal into a real pleasure.
Our products are currently only available at the Restaurant Miil and the EssBar garden bistro at the Kränzelhof farm in Cermes. We warmly invite you to discover and enjoy our specialities here.
